This 1-hour introductory coaching session is a supportive starting place to help you better understand high-conflict behaviour and begin learning practical tools you can actually use in real life.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you book.
Just start where you are.
What We’ll Do Together
This session is designed to help you move from confusion to clarity.
Step 1: Complete a Pre-Coaching Checklist
Before we meet, you will complete a short Pre-Coaching Checklist.
This helps us better understand:

✔ communication challenges
✔ conflict patterns
✔ what's hardest right now
✔ what support are you looking for
This helps us make the most of our time together.
Step 2: We Connect
We will meet for a private 1-hour coaching session in a calm, supportive, judgment-free space.
You will have time to:
✔ share what is happening
✔ ask questions
✔ talk through difficult situations
✔ better understand what may be high-conflict behaviour
Sometimes simply understanding the pattern can bring relief.
Step 3: Learn and Practice High Conflict Tools
Together, we'll find the right tool that helps you respond with more confidence and less stress.
Depending on your situation, we may practice strategies such as:
