Stand Tall

Daisy & Goliath - What Does It Mean?

In the Bible, David and Goliath is a classic underdog story where David, the smaller, weaker opponent, battled face-to-face with the mighty, fully armed giant, Goliath. Of course, we know that David, armed with only five stones and courage, defeated Goliath.

I’ve met Goliath many times in my life. So have you.

And I'm here to tell you - as a woman - as "Daisy"  - you can triumph in the face of Goliath!

What We do

I teach you to navigate conflict, upend injustice and take charge of pain.

I teach you to recognize each of these and how to Stand Tall. Stand Tall means

A Life Shaped by Goliaths - and the Courage to Keep Rising

Some arrived as life-altering events that knocked me flat. Others showed up as conflict,  injustice, and disabling pain.  And while I dodged some 'generational bullets', like alcoholism, I watched people I love suffer.

In some seasons, I was stuck—full of self-doubt, shrinking myself to keep the peace, and agreeing to things I knew were not right. Like many women, I learned to minimize my needs and silence my voice to feel safe, to survive.

But deep down, something steady kept flickering.

Over time, I stopped shrinking and started standing. Not loudly. Not all at once. But steadily, intentionally, and with growing confidence.

I’m not fearless or extraordinary. I've learned things the hard way.

And now I feel called to teach women the self-confidence to navigate conflict, upend injustice and take charge of pain.

If 'Goliath' is moving through your life, I hope that what I’ve learned will help you Stand Tall—with clarity, self-confidence and dignity.

Stand Tall Carried Me Through Every Storm

We live in a world where conflict, injustice, and pain are real—and where women are often taught to stay quiet instead of stand tall.

Standing tall does not mean being loud.

It means choosing not to shrink; to no longer stay silent.
It means responding with clarity instead of reacting in fear.
It means holding your dignity, even when someone is undermining it.

This is the heart of Daisy & Goliath: quiet strength over chaos.

How You Learn to Stand Tall

Standing tall is not something you suddenly become.
It is something you build - one steady step at a time.

Here is the foundation that supports that work:

1. Stay Grounded

When everything feels overwhelming, grounding yourself matters.

Gratitude is one of the simplest ways to do that. It helps you stay connected to what is still steady and good, even in difficult moments.

It does not remove the challenge.

But it keeps you anchored so you can respond with clarity.

2. Build Strength

Strength is built over time.

It is not just physical.
It is emotional resilience, clear thinking, and learning to trust your own voice.

It is choosing to advocate for yourself.
It is moving forward, even in small ways.

3. Stand Tall

Standing tall is how you show up.

It means holding your boundaries.
It means staying steady when others try to pull you off balance.
It means responding with clarity, confidence, and dignity.

Not perfectly.

Just consistently.

Why I Created Daisy & Goliath

Because too many women feel alone when navigating high-conflict situations.

Because women have been socialized to be silent in high-conflict situations.

Because too many question themselves.

Because women are expected to tolerate gaslighting, misogyny, and oppression.

Because too many have been taught to stay small.

I created Daisy & Goliath to offer calm, practical action steps that actually work. From the real-life trenches, I've learned to navigate conflict, upend injustice and take charge of pain.

You cannot control others.

But you can control how you show up.

And that changes everything.

Let’s Take the Next Step Together

You deserve a life where you feel steady, clear, and strong.

If you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.

This is the work of Daisy & Goliath.

Helping you stand tall, one step at a time.
